Dearest Archangel friends,
I hope that you have all enjoyed a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend whether visiting loved ones or resting.
The Archangel I have chosen for this newsletter to meditate with is Archangel Jophiel who teaches us the Lesson of Waking. Archangel Jophiel brings much light and joy as he awakens souls from their slumber. It is part of the Divine Plan of Action that all souls will awaken and follow a spiritual pathway of unconditional love, purity and truth.
Make yourself comfortable sitting on some cushions on the floor or on a chair with your feet on the ground to anchor you. If you have a Jophiel spray then spray it all around you to help you to tune in to his vibration.
You can also burn some essential oil of lime which is Archangel Jophiel’s oil. Take a few deep breaths. Ask Archangel Jophiel to descend upon you and bathe you in his rays of golden light. Ask him to help you to play your part in the Divine Plan of Action and to fill you with his light and joy. Ask Archangel Jophiel to call upon all souls to awaken. Remain in this energy for at least 15mins or longer if you wish.
ARCHANGEL WORKSHOPS IN THE NETHERLANDS
I am excited and delighted to announce that I will be running a Level 1 Archangel Workshop in the Netherlands on Saturday October 10th – Sunday October 11th. The venue is very beautiful and close to Amsterdam and so easily accessible.
I hope that this will be the first of many Archangel Workshops in the Netherlands.

I feel that the time is right to take this very sacred energy to other parts of the world and I am open to suggestions from anyone that wishes me to teach a workshop in their country.
I will, of course, still be teaching many workshops here in Wells at the Archangel centre and I am very much looking forward to seeing all my current students this year as well as working with some new ones.
ARCHANGEL WORKSHOPS / LIGHT BATHS
There are six Light Baths which I will teaching this year.
The next Light Bath is Archangel Yesuiel which will take place on Sunday May 24th.
In this Light bath we will be working with some of the Archangels who assist us in fulfilling our soul missions.
Light Baths are a wonderful opportunity to connect with like- minded souls and to work with the Archangel energies.
All are welcome whether you have worked with Archangels before or are a complete beginner.

HEALING GONG BATHS
I have decided to introduce regular monthly gong baths which will take place the last Thursday of EVERY month from 7pm – 8.30pm
The first one will take place on Thursday 28th May.
The gong is an ancient musical instrument which can help to rebalance us on all levels. A Healing Gong Bath is a therapeutic and relaxing experience during which you are bathed in sound waves which can help to release blocked energies. You simply lie down on a mat with a pillow under your head covered up with a blanket and then close your eyes and relax.
Most people drift into a deep meditative state and at the end of the session feel relaxed and rebalanced.
Maggie Stephens who has played for me for the last 4 years at the Archangel Light Baths as well as with individuals in healing sessions will be playing this sacred healing instrument.
The cost for the one and a half hours gong bath will be £10.
