Dearest Archangel friends,
Since my last newsletter I do hope that some of you have been spending some time communing with the Archangels. I have been setting you a good example and today I completed Day 100 of my meditations. It has brought me great joy and I have been blessed with much new information. I find it very helpful at the end of each meditation to write down any colours I have seen and any information I have received. It’s lovely to read through my Archangel meditation journal! Archangel meditation is a highly effective way of becoming more in tune with your spiritual selves and accelerating your spiritual progression. You do not have to be an expert in meditation as it is so easy to do. If you have never done it before here’s a simple way to connect with the Archangels.
- Create a sacred space. This can be very simple. Just light a candle and/or choose a favourite essential oil, picture or crystal or use an Archangel spray.
- Have a piece of paper or notebook close at hand to record any experiences.
- Sit in a comfortable position maybe on some cushions on the floor. But if you find this uncomfortable then you can simply sit on a chair or stool. If you are sitting on a chair then make sure that your feet are flat on the floor as this will establish a strong connection with the earth and help you to feel grounded.
- Choose how long you want to meditate for. It doesn’t have to be too long – choose 3, 6 or 9 mins. If you have never done it before then just choose 3 mins. Set a timer to your chosen time. You will be amazed at how quickly the time goes!
- Choose an Archangel to connect with. For example we will call in Archangel Chamuel. Archangel Chamuel has a strong connection with sandalwood and rose so if you have either of these essential oils then do use them.
- Close your eyes softly and place your hands gently in your lap or rest them gently on your heart as Archangel Chamuel is the Archangel of pure unconditional love.
- Invite Archangel Chamuel to bathe you in her beautiful pink and orange rays and then focus on your heart centre and ask her to fill it with her love. Draw in her rays of pure unconditional love and feel how it overflows with her tenderness and compassion. You may notice some changes in your breathing or you may see a colour or you may notice a warmth or smell a beautiful aroma. But if you do not experience anything the first time don’t worry as it does not mean that Archangel Chamuel is not connecting with you. You are just not aware of her presence but the more meditation you do the more heightened your senses will become.
- When your mediation is over you can rub your hands and/or your feet to make sure you feel grounded and record any experiences you have had. At the very least you will feel more centered and balanced.

I have been doing lots of work as usual with the beautiful 144 Archangels.
Since my last newsletter more blissful Archangel Weekends and Archangel Light Baths. It was Archangel Level 2 last weekend and next weekend I am teaching Level 14. Three Light Baths have taken place at the centre since my last newsletter dedicated to Archangels Enochis, Yesuiel and Raphael. More and more beautiful souls are coming to the centre to receive and work with the Archangel energy.

For the convenience of those travelling long distances I have put a Light Bath the day before the Level One workshop.
So you can experience 3 days of bliss or take the workshop and attend the Light Bath at a later date.

Groups are limited to about 9 so you can really immerse yourself in the energy and have a deep experience and connect on a deeper level with the Archangels.
There is also the chance to work with some experienced students and I will be giving and guiding the healing. The gong and/or crystal bowl is played throughout the Light Baths to enhance the releasing and healing processes.
